As a slang, suke means a woman or a moll, usually written スケ. It's a short for なお助 naosuke where nao means women. It is also a suffix to form a first name. For example, 康介 kosuke or 仗助 josuke. There are a few kanji for this purpose, such as 助, 介 and 輔.
